As a new mother, sleep is a very necessary function in order to be able to take care of our little ones. But unfortunately we are usually lacking sleep due to the nature of the newborn stage. When I was pregnant with my first son, people always told me, “You can kiss sleep good bye once the baby arrives, so sleep all you can now!” It was truly a correct statement. I have now had 3 children and my youngest one is 21 months old and still doesn’t sleep through the night. Parents always want to know what they can do to get their babies to sleep better so that they can sleep better.
Here is an opportunity to learn from an expert and earn some well-deserved rest!
